What are your hours, and can you handle a walk-in cooler or freezer that goes down?
Our regular office hours are Monday-Friday 7am-8pm and Saturday 7am-4pm (closed Sunday), and 24/7 emergency service is available. If a walk-in cooler or freezer goes down, call (904) 547-2168 any time. During business hours we prioritize refrigeration emergencies to protect your inventory. We serve St. Augustine, St. Johns County, Jacksonville and Palm Coast.
How much is a commercial service call?
A commercial service call is $129 (residential is $89). After we diagnose the problem, we quote the repair at a flat rate per job, not by the hour, so you approve the price before work starts. Financing is available.
What commercial refrigeration equipment do you repair?
Walk-in coolers and freezers, reach-in refrigerators and freezers, prep tables, sandwich and pizza stations, grocery display coolers and merchandisers, deli and bakery cases, bar and wine refrigerators, blast chillers and freezers, and ice machines. We repair and install them.
Do you repair commercial ice machines?
Yes. We repair and maintain commercial ice machines, including no-ice or low-output problems, leaks, error codes, sensor and control board failures, and scale and sanitation service. We're an authorized warranty service provider for Hoshizaki, and we also service Manitowoc and other major brands.
Do you offer maintenance plans?
Yes. We offer preventive maintenance plans for commercial refrigeration and ice machines. Call to discuss a plan that fits your equipment and schedule.
What warranty do you offer?
New installations come with a 1-year warranty. Repair warranties depend on the job, and we explain the coverage before work begins. For example, if refrigerant is added but the customer chooses not to repair the leak, that refrigerant isn't covered. We're also an authorized warranty provider for Hoshizaki America, Avantco Refrigeration, Smart Kitchen Service (Atosa USA) and Ready Kitchen Warranty Services.
What types of businesses do you serve?
Restaurants, cafés, bars and breweries, hotels and country clubs, marinas, grocery and specialty markets, convenience stores and gas stations, medical and dental offices, schools, and assisted-living facilities. We can also serve seafood markets.
